                CrossFit:   

                      A 60 minutes class for advanced level. A fun warm up, a skill or strength element plus a Workout to make your day. New day, New Workout. 

                JumpStart:

                     A program to get you started. It teaches the Fundamentals of CrossFit, proper warm and cool down, mobility and nutrition. Highly recommended for Beginners.

                Open Gym:

                      Time to allow our experienced members to improve their overall strength.

                WEIGHLIFTING (ABC):

                      A specialized class to learn, practice and perfect the barbell movements. Available to All Levels.

                REPLAY CLINICS: 

                      Squat  / Pull ups / Core / Mobility / Rope Climb / Handstand Push ups / Muscle up/ Rowing are our seminars dedicated entirely to drills and progressions.
