I thought that having a fit body was not for me. I could not picture the possibility of having an active life. This is how it was for me, and fitness was not part of my time. I was dead wrong, because being fit and healthy IS an integral part of one's life.
I thought playing football once a week would be enough to keep myself in shape. Again, dead wrong - one hour/week dedicated to sports is like doing other activities in your life only once a week, like taking a shower or brushing your teeth. It’s useless and leads to bad health.
