3 things to get Super- EXCITED this week!

1. Bring a Friend for a Free Trial this Monday (7 Oct) 
Invite your best friend or co-worker to join you.
They'll finally understand why you can't stop talking about CrossFit!

Get somebody you know out of the routine. When was the last time they tried something new? 
Wish somebody muscle soreness. Then make it happen. 
A Partner WOD is on the menu. Be prepared for a good time! 


2. The Fundamentals Course 8+2 in on this Tuesday (8 Oct)
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. Fear that you'll stand out. Fear that that you aren't ready. Fear that it's too hard. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do. This is it.

Whether you created an account with us and never showed up, whether you trained a few times and you gave up, whether you want a refresher after some time out, whether you recommend us to a friend- do it.

3. The CrossFit OPEN season kicks off this Saturday. (12 Oct)
At Replay - all of our members are invited to play. Rx's, scaled or super scaled.
In reality, the Open is just a fun, good way to test ourselves how we stack up with the rest of the world. Or to see how far you have come.  Or to push yourself like on any other WOD. Really.

At Replay, we have a purpose: to create a stronger and kinder community of brave souls who wanna make change happen. This could be one of those scary changes that'll make you stronger. Physically and mentally.
Even if you don't sign up (although we hope you do), you can still do the OPEN WODs with us on Saturdays. Redos on Mondays.
During the five weeks: Let's be kind and support each other.
Let's "rise by lifting others."
