MEET Siobhan, an expat from UK currently residing in Bucharest. 
Siobhan is a full time WORKING MOM with two kids. Plus two dogs. Plus a solid training schedule!

She trains about 4-5 times per week.. she often jumps into the 1930 class before hurrying home to put the little ones to sleep.

Heidi- her youngest - hops in on board with endless energy and a big smile.  Oliver drops into our beginner classes from time to time.

Siobhan has the same 24 hours in a day like everyone else, but she prioritizes her CrossFit training and establishes good HEALTHY HABITS for her family.
