Why do we do that?
We use it as a CUE for you to take ACTION.
Actions speak louder than words, we all know that.
Signing up for class is your FIRST STEP to bring you closer to your goal of staying active & becoming stronger.
This habit of signing up -- practiced over and over again -- will eventually create a ROUTINE.
A routine is a POWERFUL thing and can replace motivation.
We all have days when we just don't feel like exercising or eating well.
But when a routine is a well-established habit, training or eating properly becomes second nature.
It becomes AUTOMATIC.
For example, when you schedule training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you will be more mindful of what you eat on those days, because you need good nutrition to exercise well. And, you won’t schedule something else that will interfere with your CrossFit class, because you already have AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOURSELF!
Then comes the REWARD: the pleasure chemicals released in the brain because of your routine. Feeling more ENERGETIC, being more PRESENT, becoming STRONGER & HAPPIER.
