Taking up CrossFit and coming to Replay were two of the best decisions I've made in the past two years. Although I didn't know much about CrossFit at the time - except that it's hard work (according to YouTube), researching the topic made me curious to find out more. My first class at Replay was on a Saturday morning. "Filthy-Fifty" was the WOD and it was the most fun I had in a gym for years. The friendly and fun atmosphere, the challenging new workout and the genuine interest shown towards the participants by the coaches told me that I've found the right place for me. CrossFit has helped me become fitter and stronger, it has aided me in developing discipline and mental fortitude and it has taught me that any barriers both physical and psychological can be surpassed. The people, the Replay team and the atmosphere they create everyday make me feel part not only of a community of extraordinary individuals, but also a part of a family united in their desire to create a better version of themselves. So, if you have mixed feelings my advice would be to try it and come see for yourself what benefits it can bring for you.
I was a bit skeptical at a first, having been a gym rat and before that a boxer. For the time I've been in Bucharest, I wasn't able to find a nice gym . Too much gloss and parading out in those concrete jungles :) Then I got introduced to Replay Crossfit. It has a nice atmosphere, it's clean, the people are helpful and motivating. I've gotten inspired by the way training is conducted in this Box. The training is not only focused on one thing, rather it is the whole package of being a good all-round athlete. Mobility, strength, conditioning, skill, they are all equally important in any sport. There's no negative judgment or stigma if you can't do certain exercises. I am a firm believer in training hard, even if you are a beginner or haven't worked out for awhile. Replay CrossFit adjusts the training to your fitness level and you still get a great workout. The training sessions are given in groups, but there is enough time spent individually to make sure you are performing exercises safely and in good form. For anyone interested in checking out CrossFit, I highly recommend you come to Replay and check it out for yourself.

Training sessions at Replay CrossFit have provided plenty of benefits for me. They really helped me develop new skills. My favourite CrossFit training sessions are based on gymnastics and weightlifting, although I still don’t like burpees and box jumps. :) I love that I can set new goals and then demolish them.
Replay CrossFit is a great way to turn off the world for an hour and forget about all your problems, but most of all it's great to be around so many good and positive people, both coaches and athletes. Although I have a love/hate relationship with the barbell, my strength and mobility improved significantly. I’ve lost around 17-18 kgs. I’m a better version of myself and now I’m always talking CrossFit to my friends. I hope to do CrossFit for a long time, because it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
